I am a producer and project owner with over seven years of experience. My main focus is to build teams with optimized processes that are comfortable for people and good for business. I know a lot about online project management tools and how to build remote teams that achieve KPIs. I am passionate about analytics systems and finding technology solutions for a business, like using bots to assist employees or data analysis in identifying strengths and weaknesses of a product. I like when everything is automated and employees are not distracted by a routine from their main tasks.

I was the first person in the team of this YouTube channel and brought it to the form it is in now. I am accountable to the owner for everything related to the channel, from hiring the right people to the quality of videos released, growth of audience, and achieving the required KPIs.

✅ Achievements

Built from scratch an operating system for six departments in Trello and then rebuilt them in Jira
- Decomposed the process into steps with clear inputs and outputs expected from each team;
- Designed a map of business processes;
- Transferred workflow management to Jira software, giving it the highest possible level of automation;
- Made a company wiki in notion with all the useful information and answers to questions;
Automated the recruitment process of the company
- Made questionnaire templates for applicants and a system for evaluating test assignments, which helps quickly select the best candidates from hundreds of applications;
- Invented and managed a system to automatically immerse people in their work
Hired over 50 employees to the team
- Сreated test assignments reviewed applications and conducted interviews
Built an analytical reports system
- Implemented a cross-analytics system
- Hired a growth team and built its work. It means that a special team proposes, tests, and analyzes hypotheses for the growth of KPI metrics. A knowledge base is assembled from the experiments, and successful hypotheses are implemented.
